The Chilliwack River Valley (CRV) is home to some incredible trails and alpine summits. As the sport of mountain running has grown, many athletes have engaged in setting "FKT's". With Jas about to start the 10-month teaching program at UFV, we booked some time off as a last-hoorah before starting the grind.
